The Committee on Social Policy and Labour recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re prevention of employees’ occupational diseases

The bill (Reg. No. 2323) eliminates inconsistencies of the normative and legal regulation of the procedure of provision with milk or equivalent food and salt water to the employees working under harmful working conditions, and in the enterprises with temperature above prescribed hygienic standards.

Respective changes are to be made to the articles 166 and 167 of the Code of laws on labour in Ukraine and the article 7 of the Law “On Labour Safety”.
